holy busy, batman...

Okay. I know I need to catch up with blogging sessions. Wowee! The last few weeks have been absolutely nuts!  I've had approximately 26 sessions in the last 8 weeks, with three quarters of them being in the last three weeks. Thank you so much to all of my customers! I'm working feverishly to get all orders filled in time for Christmas delivery. (By the way, today is the deadline to have your Christmas orders placed!) If you've already placed your order, it should be ready for pickup by the end of next week, barring any unforeseen circumstances. The earlier orders should be here by the end of the week. Whew!

I am not booking any more sessions for the month of December. (Time-sensitive sessions will still be allowed: newborn, maternity, terminal-illness related, etc.) Regular sessions are booking into January. Once I get these Christmas orders done, I'm taking some time off to enjoy the holidays with my family. Gotta have some time for shopping, cookie baking, Christmas movie watching, etc. Maybe I'll catch up on sleep, too! My kids probably think of the computer as their sibling since I've spent so much time working on it lately!

Okay, I'm just going to post the pictures all together. I'm sorry for the lack of personalization for each session. If you waited for that, the pictures would never get up on the blog! LOL! Here we go, in no particular order...

adorable kiddos...

These two went to preschool with my son last year. They are just too stinkin' cute! Almost makes me wish I had twins. Almost. It took them just a few minutes to get warmed up to the camera and then they were on a roll. Silly, silly, silly! I just loved how they interacted with each other. It's like pulling teeth trying to get my kids to hold hands for pictures, but S & S were all over it! They even hugged each other (almost to the point of strangling!) on their own. What a great way to close out my weekend! Thanks for the super fun session!

first time for family pictures with me...

I've taken C's pictures a few other times (Anyone remember the adorable little girl in a dress at the beach? That was her.) but have never taken family pictures of them. Until now! They came for a mini session, hoping to get good photos for Christmas cards. I think we succeeded!

back with #2...

So, the last time I saw these guys was when Baby #1 was six months old (I had taken maternity and newborn pics of her, too). Now she's nearing three years old and has a brand new baby brother! He was 9 days old for this session. (He looks much older since he was 11 pounds at birth!) So glad to have you guys back in the studio! :)

little football fan...

The last time L and her mom were here was when she was just 9 months old. It was so fun to see how much she's grown up since then! They're huge Tony Romo fans and wanted pics taken in their jerseys again. She was also the first one to use my new little red velvet couch. So cute!
